So I had happy hour with my twin xl (sorority term from back in the day) and made this delicious Grapefruit Cocktail! Gretchen has been touring the world while in Quarantine in New York! Today, she was “in” Austria, which inspired me to look up an Austrian cocktail. I don’t actually have all the ingredients, so I did the best I could and added my own flair. Needless to say, it was delicious!

1.5 oz gin

3/4 oz St. Germain

1/2 oz dry vermouth

Juice of one whole grapefruit

Juice of one lemon

2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Seriously, this was so good. Don’t pass on this. Is it Austrian, pretty sure it’s not, but it was a good try!
